What to expect in the studio
Welcome to our studio! We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible dreadlock services, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable and stress-free. In order to maintain a pleasant and professional environment, we have established the following policies:

Appointments: We require all clients to book their appointment in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your desired service and preferred time. A non-refundable fee of $20 is required before booking your appointment, and will go towards your final total at the end of service. You can book your appointments with Sarah by email, and Instagram.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that things come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so that we can offer your appointment time to another client. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Late Policy: We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, as we want to ensure that we have ample time to provide you with the best possible service. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, or we may not be able to provide you with the full service you requested.
Children: While we love children, we ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment. Our studio is not child-proofed, and we want to ensure the safety of all our clients.
Payment: We accept Cash, in an emergency, Venmo and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of service.
Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the studio. We will do our best to make things right and ensure that you are happy with the results.

Aftercare: Sarah will provide all necessary information on how to care for your new dreadlocks, she will also answer all questions you may have during your appointment to ensure you walk out confident in how to manage and care for your hair.
